Fruehauf joined customers and Team 86 MV Truck Racing at Donington Park for Convoy in the Park on 8–9 August, bringing together the commercial and racing sides of the business for one of the UK trucking industry’s major annual events.
The weekend combined the latest round of the British Truck Racing Championship with a major showcase of trucks, manufacturers and suppliers, attracting visitors from across the industry to Donington Park.
Fruehauf was well represented both on and off the track. While Team 86 MV Truck Racing competed across the weekend’s five BTRC races, the Fruehauf display gave visitors the chance to get a closer look at a selection of trailers.
On display was a recently sold Fruehauf Bulk Blower alongside four tipping trailers belonging to Fruehauf customers. Crane trucks from sister company MV Commercial completed the line-up.
It was also an opportunity to catch up with the many Fruehauf customers attending the event, with customers visiting the display as well as supporting Team 86 throughout the race weekend.
Team 86 MV Truck Racing delivered a strong weekend on track, competing throughout the BTRC programme as the 2026 championship continues towards its closing rounds.
Convoy in the Park remains an important fixture for Fruehauf, providing a rare opportunity to bring customers, products and motorsport together in one place while giving the wider team the chance to meet visitors from across the trucking industry.
