Fruehauf is saying goodbye to a familiar face as Andy Lamb, Technical Representative for Commercial Vehicles at AkzoNobel, retires after more than a decade of dedicated support to the business.
Andy has been a regular and welcome presence at our Grantham site for over ten years, working closely with our paint-shop teams to support product delivery, technical advice, and continuous improvement. His expertise, professionalism, and friendly manner have made him a true asset, not only to AkzoNobel, but also to our day-to-day operations.
In recent years, Andy played a pivotal role in helping Fruehauf raise its paint quality standards, collaborating alongside AkzoNobel and other suppliers to implement changes that have delivered long-lasting improvements to finish and durability. His commitment to raising the bar and sharing his industry insight has left a lasting mark on the business.
Fruehauf extends its heartfelt thanks to Andy for his dedication, support, and the many years of outstanding service. While we are sorry to see him go, we are delighted that he can now enjoy a well-earned retirement, and we wish him all the very best in this next chapter.
