A recent Employee Retention Report found that employees stay with a company for an average of 3.7 years, while in the manufacturing sector that rises to 5.3 years. We’re very proud to announce that Fruehauf has more than doubled this sector average.
An impressive 23.5% of its workforce has over 10 years of service, while 28% have served more than 5 years. Staff turnover at the company remains below 5%, compared with an industry average of 26%; a testament to its strong values and employee-first approach.
The report, compiled by Vestd, analysed data from over 398,000 employees across 1,400 UK companies on LinkedIn to measure median employee tenure across 14 industries.
