Fruehauf recently hosted the transport teams from Massey Feeds and their sister company, Harpers Feeds, for a two-day event at its Grantham headquarters, strengthening a long-standing partnership that continues to help keep British farming moving.
The annual meeting brought together key logistics personnel from both companies for a series of productive discussions focused on transport operations, innovation, and supporting efficiency across the agricultural supply chain.
As part of the visit, delegates were given a guided tour of Fruehauf’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the complete production process of its premium British-built trailers. The tour highlighted the company’s commitment to engineering excellence, showcasing the design, fabrication, and finishing stages that underpin every Fruehauf product.

A highlight of the event was the handover of Harpers Feeds’ brand-new custom-built blower trailer. The Harpers team were able to witness their trailer’s final assembly and enjoy an exclusive first look before delivery. The trailer, finished in striking livery, has been paired with a DAF XF tractor unit supplied by Fruehauf’s parent company, MV Commercial, providing a perfectly matched combination in both performance and appearance.
Between sessions, guests enjoyed catering from a local Lincolnshire butcher, a fitting touch that reflected the shared commitment of Fruehauf, Massey Feeds and Harpers Feeds to supporting British businesses and suppliers.
The two-day gathering proved highly successful, strengthening relationships across transport and manufacturing teams while underlining the shared focus on quality, reliability, and the continued success of British agriculture.
Fruehauf extends its thanks to Massey Feeds and Harpers Feeds for visiting and looks forward to continuing to support their operations with British-built trailers designed to keep the agricultural sector on the road.
